Underwhelming Experience
good breakfastlimited menumissing condiments
Breakfast was good and served to the table.
I asked for an omelette instead of a full breakfast but was told no the chef could not do that as there were already eggs on the menu butter and milk available I could not see what the issue was I had to chase for toast and when it came there was no jam with it and no barbecue sauce at dinner.

satisfactory stay
the room was clean and bright. the staff were helpful. a golf buggy was included, so i could drive around and see the animals before leaving.
the room seemed tired and needed updating. the staff seemed slow and not attentive during my dining experiences.

amazing animal experience
complimentary buggynight accessfine view
i enjoyed the complimentary golf buggy. it allowed me access to the park after dark. seeing nocturnal animals was a unique experience. the hotel grounds offer fine views.
i found some staff to be less attentive than expected, which slightly affected my overall experience.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
limited menu
The room was clean. It was located in the mansion house.
The bar area lacked cleanliness. Tables in the outside smoking area were not cleaned promptly, some remaining dirty for two days. At breakfast, I requested an omelette but was told it was not possible.
